Derby & Burton Hospitals Charity can only offer refunds or exchanges if an event has been cancelled or rescheduled. Derby & Burton Hospitals Charity do offer a 24-hour cooling off period, allowing you to request a refund within 24 hours of your booking.
Bookings made within 14 days of the event are exempt from the cooling off period.
