Derbyshire Cricket Foundation are running a series of “face to face” Club Forums during October & November.
The events are designed to support your planning for 2022 and beyond and we are inviting all affiliated clubs to be involved.
Details of each forum can be found below:
The format of the forums will include a group presentation followed by breakout workshops.
Our aim is to provide an interactive forum and an opportunity for clubs and DCF staff to share best practice with each other.
Among the topics we plan to cover on the evenings (subject to amendment) are:
• Creating Welcoming Environments
• Participation – Women and Girls, Junior Cricket and Senior Cricket
• Club Development (including Safe Hands Management System/ Development Planning/ Club Structures)
• County Grants Fund
• Q & A
We will look to provide an opportunity for group discussion and feedback.
In attendance and supporting the forums will be DCF staff and other partners, a great opportunity to ask questions and seek advice/ guidance.
We would particularly encourage diversity among your delegates to reflect your club and cricket community, new faces are always welcome.
Clubs are invited to bring up to 3 representatives to their venue of their choice.
Places can be booked by the club or individuals, delegates/ clubs are welcome to attend any event, whatever works best for you.
It would be great to have all clubs represented at our forums so please do share with colleagues to ensure your club is represented.
Should you have any questions please get in contact.
The DCF club forums are FREE to attend
