February Half Term Falcons Review

We were back this February Half Term to run our ever popular Falcons Camps as well as a few new sessions!

This half term we ventured out to a new base at Derby Arena for the week, and it proved to be a success with the number of participants we had at each sessions.

On the first 2 days we ran our ever popular Falcons camp, with 57 attendees across Monday and Tuesday, almost a complete sell out! Over the 2 days there was a variety of different skill sessions, challenges, and games played.

On the Wednesday we trialled our brand-new games festival where teams could sign up and play games all day against each other. 2 teams of 8 attend the day, which was a great success for a brand-new session. This is something we are going to be running again with good feedback from those that attended.

Thursday, we ran a National Programmes day where we ran Dynamos and All star’s Cricket sessions. This was in partnership with the Derby Arenas Sportsfest event. Our sessions were very well attended with both sessions being sold out! The children took part in a range of activities that are on the Dynamos and All star’s Cricket programmes. We also ran challenges where prizes were given away to the lucky winners.

Please keep a look out for our Easter half term activity and the launch of our Summer camps.
