The Derbyshire Cricket Foundation wants to hear from junior players about their experiences in junior and senior/open-age cricket.
To enable us to work with cricket clubs across Derbyshire to provide the best experience possible for juniors, we are keen to gather your views and feedback on your experience of cricket.
We want all cricket clubs to be welcoming and inclusive environments, and your views and feedback will help us identify what is working well and areas where more action might still be needed.
We would like as many junior members aged 12-19 to complete this short survey.
