Why did you become a Trustee?

The aims and values of DCF aligned perfectly with my own. I love the game and can see its potential for improving the health and outcomes for people and communities in Derbyshire.

How do you believe that you can help the Derbyshire Cricket Foundation to achieve its aims and objectives?

I think my Board experience as a Director in NHS organisations can transfer into the DCF, in terms of improving financial and operational performance, but as importantly ensuring that we are a great employer.

Anything else you’d like to share?

I have been Chair of Marehay Cricket Club since 2012 and I am a playing member and match manager for the MCC. I learnt my cricket playing youth and senior matches for Codnor MWCC and played in the Premier League for Wirksworth CC. I live in Ripley with my family, a whippet and a greyhound.
